Fascinated by human systems, Kristina Katayama Bass sought out opportunities to live, study and work across more than 30 countries around the world. Her engagements brought her from Norway to Honduras and Germany to China, and she completed her International MBA in Spain. Kristina continued to add to her education through certification programs including Assessment and Profiling Systems, Accelerated Learning, Coaching, Leadership and Organizational Development.
Kristina’s experience has given her a deep appreciation for diversity, conversational fluency in 4 languages, a commitment to sustainable behavioral change, and a reputation for bringing out the best in the teams and people around her. Kristina has worked for nearly 15 years as a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach designing and delivering programs in strategic learning, leadership development, performance improvement, cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Kristina has supported organizations across all stages of development, from private businesses to large Fortune 100 multinational corporations, including GM Europe, Boeing, AT&T Wireless, and IBM Japan. She has also worked with governmental agencies and non-profit organizations including 501 Commons and the City of Seattle. She has received recognition for the impact of her work ranging from the President’s Award of Excellence in Leadership to most recently the Legacy Award from the Executive Service Corp for consulting partner of the year in 2011.
